Degree in Law from the Faculty of Law, of the National Autonomous University in Mexico, Ciudad Universitaria.

He has specialized in financial, banking, commercial, civil, family, tax and administrative matters, which he has achieved throughout his various functions as an Applicant Lawyer in important law firms, such as Sodi and Associates, S.C., Link International of México, S.C.; also serving as regional legal supervisor and in-house lawyer at FirstCity México, S.A. de C.V.; as well as his role as Legal Director of Collection and Recovery at Condesa Financiera, S.A. de C.V., SOFOM, ENR; Also participating at the time in the Contentious Management of Airports and Auxiliary Services (ASA). In February 2017, he obtained the Certification by the Superior Court of Justice of Mexico City, as Private Mediator with Public Faith number 509, and his first Re-Certification in September 2021 valid until August 31, 2024.

Within the teaching area he has developed as a Professor teaching in the field of Notions of Tax and Commercial Law at the ISEC Business University, Del Valle campus.
