Lawyer by profession with more than 35 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. He studied Law at Universidad La Salle University.

He has collaborated very close to chambers and Mexican associations such as CANIFARMA and AMIIF, in commissions such as Access, Security, Legal Affairs, Lobbying and Intellectual Property.

He worked in the position of Health Policy & Advocacy in the Pharma division at Bayer de México.

He also has extensive experience in legal matters in the areas of Corporate Law, Civil Law, Labor, Intellectual Property, Anti-Trust and Compliance (risks). Also, in Government Purchases, Public Policy, Commercial Treaties and Health Policies.

He joined to CG&A, Legal y Asuntos Públicos as Of Counsel for the area of Access and Government Systems of Supply, in January 2020.
