Lawyer and Master in Law, with postgraduate studies in public policies and more than 20 years of professional experience, most of them in Public Administration at Federal and Local level.

Her work in the Public Service has allowed her to know and implement, among others, the Professional Career Service and the National Anti-Corruption System, develop laws and regulations, perform legal analysis and consulting, including the realization of process improvements and organizational manuals, and even has experience in the banking and fiduciary sector, having administered trusts, always considering an eminently legal aspect.

She has worked as a teacher at the Universidad Latina, Universidad Humanitas, at the Open and Distance University of Mexico and at the Graduate School of Law, has been a speaker for the Melgoza and Associates Office and for personnel of the Judicial Branch of the state of Baja California South.
