Law Graduate from the National Autonomous University of Mexico, UNAM, with more than 20 years of experience in the civil and family area, with visual impairment.

Completed a master’s degree in Law at UNAM with the topic “Need to Apply Science and Technology in the Civil Registry.” and later, he did doctorate studies in the same house of studies with the thesis entitled “Validity and scientific perspective of the Civil Registry in Mexico”, taking his degree examination in April of this year, giving him honorable mention for his academic performance.

He worked for more than ten years for the Institution of the Civil Registry in Mexico, has worked at the ISSSTE, as well as an adjunct professor at the UNAM Law School and as a legal advisor in various offices in Puebla and Mexico City.
