He is a Lawyer, graduated from the Intercontinental University (1984-1989). Has over 30 years experience in the development and implementation of strategies for Intellectual Property litigation in Mexico (IMPI, the Court Federal Administrative Justice and Federal Courts) and the preparation and review of license agreements, franchise, technology transfer and those related to Intellectual Property rights.

His practice has focused mainly in the pharmaceutical industry, communication and unfair competition.

Has represented the interests and advised on various matters to groups, entities and companies such as the Mexican Association of Pharmaceutical Research Industries (AMIIF), Bank of Mexico, Boehringer, Bonafont, National Chamber of the Radio and Television Industry (CIRT), National Chamber of the Pharmaceutical Industry (CANIFARMA), National Chamber of the Restaurant Industry (CANIRAC), Communication Council, Corporación Mexicana Restaurantes, Danone, FIFA, Ferrero, Grunenthal, GrupoAcir, Hershey Chocolate, Home Depot, Jansen, JFE Shoji Steel, Kraft Foods, MVS Televisión, Pernod Ricard, Pfizer, Phillip Morris, Ricoh, Sky, Televisa, TGI Friday, Tori Burch, Unilever, Walgreen, Walmart, World Trade Center México.

Studied at the Asia-Pacific Center for Industrial Property and the Japan Institute of Invention and Innovation in Tokyo in “Training Course for Lawyers in Industrial Property Rights”.

Professor of Intellectual Property Law and the Legal Regime of the Media in the Schools of Law and Communication of the Intercontinental University and assisted as a visiting professor at the School of Graduate Studies in Law, specializing in Intellectual Property.

Attended several seminars as a professor at WIPO in South America and at the International Chamber of Commerce and has also participated in various discussion forums at the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property and Congress to review and discuss amendments to the Legislation of Intellectual property.
