Elizabeth Fuentes

Senior Lawyer

Lawyer by profession with more than 25 years of experience in the Federal Public Administration and the Government of Mexico City.

She has a specialty in Civil Law from the Postgraduate Unit of the National Autonomous University of Mexico. She has collaborated for various law firms specialized in the branches, civil, family and labor.

In the Ministry of the Interior (SEGOB), she was responsible for monitoring compliance with constitutional requirements and addressing internal policy issues and conducting the Executive Branch’s relations with the other powers of the Union.

From 2007 to 2015 he collaborated directly with the Undersecretary of the Branch in the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare, following up on the agreements and negotiations of the agency to strengthen labor policy through the revisions of the Collective Labor Contracts and Law Contracts, emanating from labor relations between companies and unions at the federal level.

In the Secretary of Economic Development of the Government of Mexico City, she has held various positions in the General Directorate of Supply, Commerce and Distribution, in which he has stood out for his leadership skills to comply with the development and regulation of economic activities in the commercial and service industrial sectors for the country’s capital. Additionally, she has been responsible for monitoring the legal processes in Modernization and Infrastructure.
