Law Degree from the Law School of the National Bar Association.

Throughout his professional development he has participated in several courses focused on Intellectual Property and Human Rights, such as “General Course on Intellectual Property given by WIPO, “Civil and Criminal Liability for Intellectual Property Infringements”, “Human Rights and the importance of ESG criteria”, given by Santander Universities, “Gender Masculinities and Inclusive and Non-Sexist Language” given by the National Human Rights Commission, among others.

Professional internship at the Commission for the Protection and Defense of Financial Services Users, attached to the General Directorate of Legal Proceedings, Advocacy and Financial Technologies, in the area of management; attending and following up financial services users remotely, providing support in the elaboration of special studies projects, collaborating in the evaluation of operation results, as well as in the evaluation of financial products and services and in the computation and analysis of statistical information.

He was a member of the Intellectual Property litigation area at the law firm Saucedo Rodríguez y Saucedo, in charge of matters related to the litigation area, attending and following up on proceedings before the IMPI and the Administrative Justice Court.

In 2021 he worked as an intern at Leyva Martínez y Asociados, performing various activities focused on the follow-up of different matters, from their processing to the issuance of the respective judgment or resolution.

Activist and agent of change in environmental and gender equality matters. Founding member of the social Project “Dejando Huella”.
