Lawyer by profession with more than 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector, from the industrial and regulatory perspective, and a Master’s degree from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México.

He has collaborated in various fields dedicated to the health sector, both in the private sector, in law firms, companies such as Johnson & Johnson, and in the public sector, working for institutions such as the ISSSTE.
In 2021 he joined the firm CG&A, Legal and Public Affairs, of which he is a lawyer, collaborating with branches such as pharmaceutical, medical devices, consumer and health care.

He is the author of several articles published in areas such as: industrial property, civil procedural law, human rights and health law; he has also studied and taught several courses and specialties in intellectual property, health law, among others.
