Our area of Antitrust specializes in the analysis of contracts and agreements projects, entered into between economic agents of any kind, in order to prevent the commission of practices contrary to the Federal Antitrust Law. Likewise, we advise and accompany our clients in the filing of prior merger notifications (mergers, acquisitions) to obtain the authorizations required by law.
We also process inquiries before the Federal Economic Competition Commission regarding the projects or businesses, to reduce the rick of incurring on legal contingencies and defend the interests of our clients during the investigations instituted by the Federal Economic Competition Commission, for the possible commission of monopolistic practices and prohibited concentrations, which harm the processes of free competition in the national markets.
