CUSTOMS AND FOREING TRADE
Our Customs and Foreign Trade area deals with the customs Administrative Procedures presented across to the 49 SAT´s offices in the country and where a tax credit is determined for our clients.
Our intervention is carried out through the establishment of the Revocation Appeal or Nullity Trial before the TFJA, including the Amparo Trial; both by acts or omissions of the authority, and by laws or international treaties that affect the operations of our clients. Likewise, we carry out consultations with the authority for the Confirmation of Criteria before the General Administration of Customs of the SAT.
